The root canal procedure

Your visit begins with a thorough examination and digital X-rays to assess the extent of infection and root anatomy. After administering local anesthesia, we isolate the tooth with a rubber dam to keep it clean and dry. A small opening is made in the crown to access the pulp chamber and canals. Using tiny instruments, we remove the infected tissue, clean and shape the canals, and disinfect the area.

The canals are then filled with a biocompatible material called gutta-percha and sealed. In most cases, a temporary filling is placed, and you'll return for a permanent crown to fully restore the tooth. We prioritize your comfort at every stage and are available for any concerns during recovery.
